Wild in Bloom is a cinematic journey through womanhood, ancestry, heartbreak, and survival. Blending folk, country, and mythic Celtic influences, the album traces the evolution of a woman learning to reclaim her voice after the forces that tried to shape or silence her. From the youthful empowerment of “Daisy” to the haunting ancestral echoes of “Inherited Fire” and “Ashes & Rain,” each song explores a different chapter of resilience.

Storms become teachers, wounds become turning points, and the wild places inside us become where healing begins.

At its heart, Wild in Bloom is about breaking cycles, honoring the strength of the women who came before us, and discovering that sometimes the most beautiful growth happens in the most untamed places. Because some of us were never meant to bloom in gardens - we were meant to bloom in the wild.

Sarah Rogers is an independent artist, storyteller, and songwriter whose music lives where grit meets grace. Rooted in desert landscapes and lived experience, her work blends raw honesty with cinematic sound; songs about survival, longing, love, and becoming.

Following her debut album The Desert Made Her Wild, Sarah continues her story with Wild in Bloom, a project that leans into growth, transformation, and the quiet strength found in rebuilding. Her voice carries both softness and fire, writing for the girls who grew up too fast, loved too hard, and learned how to stand on their own.

Creating independently under her own label, she owns her masters and tells her story on her own terms - unfiltered, unrestrained, and entirely her own.
